We ship to metropolitan France, Europe and the United Kingdom.

Is it possible to track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number that can be consulted on the website of our postal service operator, La Poste: https://www.laposte.fr

Shipping and shipping costs

Please refer to the table below for shipping costs. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart and displayed before submitting your order.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number that can be consulted on the website of our postal service operator, La Poste: https://www.laposte.fr

Please note that delivery times may vary. Although we do everything possible for a fast delivery, it can take up to 28 days in special circumstances. If your order did not arrive on time, please contact gabicalaca@pm.me for assistance. For technical reasons, if we have to deliver your order in several shipments, we will only charge the shipping costs once.

We strive to ensure that all products listed online are available. However, due to changes in stocks, some items may be out of stock or only available for a limited time. If the product you have selected is not available or cannot be delivered within 14 days, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed with your order. You may have the option to keep the entire order out of stock, fill in the available items first and ship the rest when it is back in stock, or receive a refund for unavailable items. Feel free to discuss these options with us.
